Wholesale Terms and Conditions

We offer wholesale rates to stores that have physical locations and valid US Tax ID numbers (TIN). Most orders ship in 3-5 business days. 

Pricing

Wholesale prices are offered at half MSRP. Our MSRP are the prices advertised on our website. We require a minimum $150 dollars for an opening wholesale order, and $125 dollars minimum for reorders. We do not require you sell your cards at any specific price; only suggest. 

Ordering

To place an order, contact us via email or phone with the products you are interested in. We’ll collect the order in our online store and send you an invoice. 

Payment

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Advance orders will not be charged until shipment. Payment can be made by pre-paid check or credit card. Credit cards will be processed through our online store.

Shipping

Paid orders will ship in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise notified or requested. Final shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be included in the final invoice. We typically ship via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

Backorder

If a product is not currently available, we will notify you immediately. We will ship the available products within 3-5 business days and ship the backordered items asap, free of charge.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please review your order immediately upon receipt. Damaged products may be exchanged or returned for credit, and must be reported within 2 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on unsold products. It is the nature of Risograph printing that there are variations and inconsistencies between copies. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 2 days. 

Packaging & Resale

All products must be sold in their original packaging. Card packs cannot be broken up, and single cards cannot be combined into packs not provided by Next Chapter Studio. We prohibit the resale of our products on 3rd party sites. Our customers must be the final seller for the cards, and are responsible for collecting any state or local taxes.

Exclusivity

All designs, cards, prints, and/or any product sold by Next Chapter Studio are copyrighted and owned holistically by Next Chapter Studio, and thus deemed non-exclusive to your store. Please contact us for more information.
